The House of BB is the global distribution and consultancy practice founded by John Sharma in Dubai, 2024.

John began his career in Sydney in 2011 as a brand manager, taking three Australian labels overseas after a successful local run. The work taught him a single discipline that has stayed with him since: distribution is a relationship business.
For more than a decade he placed labels across Australia, New Zealand, and the wider region — building direct relationships with department-store buyers and multi-brand boutique owners, and learning the unglamorous mechanics of pricing, exclusivity, and seasonal merchandising.
In 2024 he founded The House of BB in the United Arab Emirates — a base chosen for its strategic geography between East and West, and its proximity to the buyers and brands the practice was built to serve.
The House of BB operates as a small, founder-led firm. The portfolio is curated, not amassed. Brands are taken on for exclusivity and long-term placement, not for volume. Each label is assigned a dedicated brand manager and merchandiser working live in global markets.
The brief is simple: place luxury labels with the buyers who should be carrying them, and stay close to both sides of the conversation.
